Meet the Bruins Night Set for Oct. 26
NASHVILLE, TENN. - - Belmont University Athletics announced Tuesday that its annual Meet the Bruins Night, sponsored by Pepsi, will take place Tuesday, Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. from the Curb Event Center.
This will be the first opportunity for fans and campus community to see the 2010-11 Belmont men’s and women’s basketball teams in action before the season begins.
The evening will include full scrimmages from both teams – with head coaches Rick Byrd and Brittney Ezell mic’d up during play – interactive games and contests, Bruin giveaway items, Select-a-seat opportunities for purchase, and a closing autograph session with the players.
Meet the Bruins Night is FREE and open to the public.
Looking ahead to home openers, men’s basketball hosts Northern State Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 6 p.m., while women’s basketball welcomes UT-Martin Wednesday, Nov. 17 at 7 p.m.
