NASHVILLE, Tenn. - - Belmont University men's basketball defeated Trevecca Nazarene, 96-45, Tuesday night.

10 different Bruins scored in the opening 20 minutes as Belmont limited Trevecca to five first half field goals in leading 52-24 at halftime.

Eight Bruins scored eight or more points and Belmont held the Trojans to 23 percent shooting.

Senior All-America candidate Evan Bradds (Jamestown, Ohio) led Belmont with 13 points in 15 minutes.

Belmont (21-5, 14-1 OVC) returns to game action Saturday, Feb. 25 vs. Tennessee State. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m. CT from the Curb Event Center. The game will broadcast on OVC Digital Network.
