Elliott Wickenden Tied for Fourth after 36 Holes at the Tennessee State Amateur

CORDOVA, Tenn. – Belmont rising junior Elliott Wickenden is tied for fourth place after two rounds of the 96th Tennessee State Amateur Championship held this week at the South Course of Colonial Country Club in Cordova, Tennessee.

Wickenden carded a 5-over par 77 in Wednesday's second round, which dropped him into a tie for fourth place with a score of 146 (+2) with Tim Jackson and Hunter Green.    The tournament leader is Brett Barry, who stands at 140 (-4). 

Former Bruin Charlie Keene is currently tied for 36th place with a score of 153.

The third round will begin Thursday morning at 8:00am.  Wickenden will tee off at 11:10am, while Keene will tee off at 9:30am.
