Bowling Green then won both of their contests at the Pitt/Nike Invitational, topping Duquesne and Pittsburgh by 1-0 scores. IPFW has compiled a 3-4-0 record over its first seven contests in 2011. The Mastodons opened the season with a 3-1 road win at Milwaukee. Two of IPFW's four losses have come at the hands of ranked opponents in #15 Kentucky and #24 Xavier, and one of the other two was to Lipscomb Invitational challenger Bowling Green. Max Trouloute leads the Mastodons with seven goals and three assists in only five games played. Colin Helmrich has added five goals and one assist.
