Men's Soccer Set to Face Louisville and Memphis

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - - Belmont University men's soccer is set to play eighth-ranked Louisville and in-state rival Memphis this Labor Day weekend.

The Bruins (0-1-1) will look to get their first win this season after coming off of a hard fought 2-1 setback at the University of Evansville earlier this week.

The Bruins will look for offensive support from BU all-time career goals leader senior Brandon Tarr (Knoxville, Tenn.) to push Belmont past the Big East favorite Cardinals.

Louisville (0-1) is coming off a loss in its season opener, dropping a 3-0 decision to No. 6 Maryland.

To finish off the Labor Day weekend, Belmont will take on Memphis (0-1-0) this Monday at 7:00 p.m in the barbeque capital.
The Bruins lost to Memphis last season by a narrow 3-2 margin at E.S. Rose Park.

Junior Nico Olsak (Boca Raton, Fl.) put one in the back of the net in last year's contest against the Tigers and will hope to repeat that performance this weekend.
