Men's Tennis Match with MTSU Suspended Due to Weather; Rescheduled for March 19th

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- The Belmont men's tennis team was losing to #68 MTSU 3-1 when the match was suspended Thursday afternoon due to inclement weather.  The match will resume on Monday, March 19th at 3:30pm at the Bouldin Tennis Center in Murfreesboro.

The two teams managed to finish all three doubles matches and three singles matches before lightning halted the match. The No. 1, 4 and 5 singles matches will be finished on Monday.

The Bruins won the first point of the match as they captured two of three doubles matches.

The Bruins will be back in action on Saturday as they host Lipscomb at 10:00am at Centennial Sportsplex.
