NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Belmont men's assistant tennis coach Brian Baker has earned some national attention as he won Sunday's ATP Challenger Event in Savannah, Georgia and earned a berth into this year's French Open.

Baker, who entered the main draw as a qualifier, defeated Augustin Gensse 6-4, 6-3 in the final.  It was his first Challenger Tour victory since 2004.
