Sara Hunt begins her third season as an assistant coach for the Belmont women's golf team.  She is currently working on the staff of The Little Course at Conner Lane in Franklin.

Hunt, a Columbia, Tennessee native, comes to Belmont after a successful collegiate career at Samford University.  During her three years at Samford, she either finished first or second on the team in scoring average and posted 12 top-10 finishes.  As a sophomore, she was named to the Ohio Valley Conference All-Newcomer team. 

Sara graduated from Samford in May of 2010 with a degree in journalism/mass communications.
