NASHVILLE, Tenn. –Senior Mallory Sullivan (Smithville, Tenn) and sophomore Kaleb McLeod (Soperton, Ga.) have been named Trane Belmont Student-Athletes of the Month for October
Sullivan has had a great start to her senior golf season at Belmont. The Smithville, Tennessee native has two top-five finishes, including winning the individual title at the APSU Intercollegiate. For her efforts, she was named OVC Golfer of the Week on October 4. Presently, she ranks fifth in the OVC in scoring.
McLeod has had a successful month as a member of the men's cross country team. The Soperton, Georgia native was the team's top finisher in their last two meets. He finished fifth at Vanderbilt and 33rd at the Greater Louisville Classic. In addition, Kaleb has the seventh fastest 8K time in the OVC this season.
