NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Belmont Baseball coach Dave Jarvis and the Baseball Staff are excited to welcome Jack Capobianco to the 2018-2019 roster.
The London, Ky. native will join the Belmont squad in the infield. Currently he plays at North Laurel High School under the direction of Head Coach Darren McWhorter. Capobianco is a top 500 recruit and is ranked the number one second baseman coming from the state of Kentucky.
"Jack was our very first commitment in our 2018 class," assistant coach Aaron Smith said. He is a switch hitting infielder that really enjoys playing the game. He is a grinder that will work tirelessly to be the best he can be."
Capobianco spends his off season playing for the Indiana Mustangs under the direction of Mike Farrell and Chris Estep.
