KENNESAW, Ga. – The Belmont men's golf team stands in 11th place after day one of the Pinetree Intercollegiate held Monday at Pinetree Country Club in Kennesaw, Georgia.

The Bruins fired rounds of 308 and 295 on Monday to finish the day in 11th place at 603.  Western Kentucky has the team lead at 570, while Wisconsin and host Kennesaw State are tied for second at 572.

Three Bruins are among the top-25 after 36 holes.  Senior Daniel Booker is tied for 12th place at 145 after carding rounds of 71 and 74.  He is nine shots behind the individual leader, Stuart Easton of WKU (136).

Sophomore Jack Uselton and Evan Davis are tied for 25th place at 148.  Uselton shot rounds of 76 and 72, while Davis posted a 77 and 71.

Other Belmont scores from day one included: freshman Coleman Jones (T-57, 162) and senior Noah Trenkler (59th, 163).

The third and final round will begin Tuesday morning.  Belmont will tee off from the #10 tee from 9:00-9:40am.  Live scoring can be found at BelmontBruins.com or Golfstat.com
