Renato Antun returns to the sidelines for his fourth season with Belmont Men's Tennis as an assistant coach.
Familiar with the Bruin program after a four-year letterwinning career, Antun brings a wealth of experience to his alma mater. A four-time Academic All-Conference honoree, he posted 11 singles victories in his senior season at #1. The Sao Paulo, Brazil native also earned a Atlantic Sun Men's Tennis All-Academic Team nod and earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.
The brother of current Bruin head coach Mauricio Antun had 14 doubles victories at the #1 position, which ranked third on the team during the 2011-12 campaign.
A 2012 Belmont graduate with degrees in Finance and Accounting, Renato has a blossoming career in Mergers and Acquisitions. He and his wife, Nia, are expecting a girl in September.
