NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Belmont Men's Track and Field alumni Matt Fiedler ('11) was recently featured on the FOX Business Network for his company Vinyl Me, Please.
In his interview with host Maria Bartiromo, Fiedler discussed the startup subscription service company he co-founded in 2013 that capitalizes on the resurgence in the love of vinyl albums. The independent record-of-the-month club now boasts more than 16,000 diverse members with 10 percent hailing from overseas for the Colorado based company. Each record is a custom pressing and comes with exclusive features including a 12"x 12" album-inspired art print and more. Vinyl Me, Please seeks to "help people explore, experience, and enjoy music on a deeper level, using vinyl as the medium," Fiedler told VIBE magazine in an interview last summer.
Fiedler, a member of the BU track and field team from 2006-2011 garnered numerous honors as a Bruin. He secured the Atlantic Sun title in the Decathlon during his senior season and was also a two-time All-Conference performer.
