SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont women's golf team finished in ninth place at this week's Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate held at the Sevierville Golf Club in Sevierville, Tennessee.
Belmont carded a team score of 318 in Tuesday's final round to finish the event in ninth place at 955. Samford earned the team title with a score of 877, while Marshall finished second at 878.
Leading the way for the Bruins for the second straight week was freshman Katelyn Dunstan. The Little Rock, Arkansas native shot an 80 in the final round to finish in a tie for 29th place at 236. It was her fifth top-30 finish of the season.
Samford's Emily Uhland won the individual title with a score of 215.
The women's golf team will be back in action on March 29-30 at the EKU Colonel Classic in Richmond, Kentucky.
